- How do credits work?
- One standard AI operation costs 1 credit; an agent operation costs 3 credits. Paid grants are catalog/config semantics for the selected monthly, quarterly, or yearly cycle. Backend period-end/readback and webhook replay reconciliation remain pending, so we do not claim a confirmed runtime reset.
- How does content moderation work?
- KnowledgePrism targets an SFW-first launch. Runtime NSFW dispatch/legal/age enforcement remains open; no adult-support guarantee is made. Do not treat a content flag, age confirmation, or regional rule as an active gate until that runtime contract is implemented.
- Can I bring my own API keys (BYOK)?
- Yes — the BYOK Studio tier lets you configure your own Gemini, Grok, Anthropic, or OpenAI keys. KnowledgePrism uses them for all LLM calls and stops charging credits for model time; you still pay the tier fee for infra.
- Is the product available in Vietnamese?
- Yes. KnowledgePrism is localized for VI and EN with dual Cloudflare Pages deploys. Marketplace listings support both locales; help docs are kept in lockstep.
- How is age verification done?
- Age verification is not a live guarantee in the current launch contract. SFW-first is the launch target; runtime NSFW dispatch/legal/age enforcement remains open, so no adult-support guarantee is made.
- What happens to my data when I delete a project?
- Project delete removes the project record, its stored artifacts, and its vector + knowledge-graph entries for that project ID. Account delete records a durable deletion request (via scheduled request with status/cancel or direct deletion) and an identity tombstone blocking stale-session recreation; cross-store purge is orchestrated upon request, but completed purge verification across all stores remains pending staging evidence and policy selection. A reversible Account → Data restore flow is not verified.
- Can I export my whole account?
- Not currently. Existing export jobs are project-scoped and include integrity metadata (SHA-256 checksums, expiring download links, and owner-scoped readback); no verified account-wide ZIP containing every project, glossary, ProjectKG snapshot, and audit log entry is available. The account-wide contract remains pending.
